| Good things come in pairs here. The hot courses are the Princeville Resort Makai Course where the LPGA has competed and its Prince Course, the toughest on Kauai. The other two winners are the two more affordable Kauai Lagoons Golf Club Courses designed by Jack Nicklaus. The latter's Kiele Course is the championship layout; the lagoons course may suggest 'happy hookers' invest in floating balls. The budget choice is the Kukui-o-lono where it's a $7 greens fee and $6 carts with a view of the coast. (808-332-9151) There’s also a $340 golf only package available which includes play at the Prince Course at Princeville, the Kiele Course at Kauai Lagoons and the Poipu Bay course with carts included and 10% pro shop discounts. There's a bonus bag tag, ball markers and tees from each course to impress the friends at home. |
